2. 수집 도구 — Google Analytics 4(GA4) 및 쿠키

본 서비스는 방문 분석을 위해 Google LLC의 Google Analytics 4(GA4, 측정 ID: G-LH0N5PJ1L6)를 사용합니다. GA4는 쿠키 및 유사 기술을 사용하여 위 1항의 정보를 수집·처리하며, 이 과정에서 일부 정보가 Google의 서버(국외 포함)로 전송될 수 있습니다.

• 본 서비스는 Google 동의 모드(Consent Mode v2)를 적용합니다. EU·EEA·영국 등 지역의 방문자에게는 동의 전까지 광고·분석 목적의 저장이 기본 거부(denied) 상태로 설정됩니다.

4. 보유·이용 기간

5. 제3자 제공 및 처리위탁

운영자는 이용자의 개인정보를 본인 동의 없이 제3자에게 판매하지 않습니다. 다만 위 2항과 같이 분석 도구 제공자(Google LLC)에 의해 정보가 처리되며, 제휴 링크를 통해 외부 예약·판매 사업자의 사이트로 이동하는 경우 해당 사이트의 개인정보 처리에는 본 방침이 적용되지 않습니다(각 사이트의 방침을 확인하세요).

6. 국외 이전

분석 도구(GA4) 이용 과정에서 일부 정보가 Google LLC가 운영하는 국외 서버로 이전·처리될 수 있습니다.

7. 이용자의 권리

이용자는 자신의 개인정보에 대해 열람·정정·삭제·처리정지를 요구할 수 있습니다. EU·EEA 거주자는 「GDPR」에 따른 접근·정정·삭제·처리제한·이동·반대 권리를 가집니다. 권리 행사는 연락처의 이메일로 요청하실 수 있습니다.

8. 처리방침의 변경

1. Information we collect

The Service can be used without creating an account, and we do not ask you to enter directly identifying information such as your name or phone number. However, to improve the Service and analyze usage, the following may be collected automatically:

2. Analytics tool — Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and cookies

We use Google Analytics 4 (GA4, measurement ID: G-LH0N5PJ1L6), provided by Google LLC, to analyze visits. GA4 uses cookies and similar technologies to collect and process the information in Section 1, and some of this information may be transferred to Google's servers (including outside your country).

• We implement Google Consent Mode v2. For visitors in the EU, EEA, the UK, and similar regions, storage for advertising and analytics purposes is set to denied by default until consent is given.
• You can refuse or delete cookies in your browser settings, and you may opt out of collection using Google's Analytics opt-out browser add-on. Some features may be limited if cookies are refused.

4. Retention

Automatically collected information is retained for as long as necessary for the purposes above. Information collected via GA4 is retained according to the data-retention setting in Google Analytics (default: up to 14 months). Where the law requires a different period, that period applies.

5. Third parties and processors

We do not sell your personal information. As described in Section 2, information is processed by our analytics provider (Google LLC). When you follow an affiliate link to an external booking or sales provider, this policy does not apply to that site's data practices (please review each site's own policy).

6. International transfer

In the course of using GA4, some information may be transferred to and processed on servers operated by Google LLC outside your country.

7. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, deletion of, or restriction of processing of your personal information. Residents of the EU/EEA have rights under the GDPR including access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection.
